Bicycle City - History Bicycle City began as a dream in the early 1990s. Now, Bicycle City has substantial funding and a great team working diligently to build the first community in the United States. With Americans more concerned than ever before about preserving our environment and getting back to clean, healthy, community living, there’s never been a better time to introduce Bicycle City to the world.
